do not have a vpn, so I got one to try it with a new connection, did not work so tried again with the VPN disabled, then again with it enabled with a different location, then again with it uninstalled, no luck

after uninstalling, I also delete the steam folder. If there is another cache beside that, I'm not sure where it might be

nothing changed on my end as far as I know, no PC update, no driver update, nothing. Just stopped launching yesterday and I was hoping the faeries would come and fix it in the morning

I usually install in the documents folder bc it's my D drive which has more space. tried reinstalling in the go-to C x86 folder and this was the result

no crash error, and appears in task manager briefly when it's launching, then disappears when it does too.

someone able to help me with my steam? will not launch no matter what I do, uninstall, reinstall, run as admin, run version compatibility, repair and reinstall visual C++, nothing seems to be working at all :<
