Thanks to algorithms, I've been exposed to so many spaces and sites I would have never touched because they go viral and get shared via an algorithm or for you page

The Internet is absolutely bigger today, but it's shared around more due to systems

I firmly believe that algorithmic recommendations and "for you" pages are what have made the Internet feel so much 'smaller'

Used to be you'd only be recommended about a video or website outside what you follow from other PEOPLE than algorithms, but now everyone sees the same Internet
