Doesn't seem to have occurred to everyone yet that the US Congress may never reconvene.
I don't understand how anyone can make the case that we still have constitutional government at this point. The president is collecting revenue *AND* spending money without Congressional authorization, refusing to spend money that Congress appropriated, disobeying whatever laws he feels like.

I’ve had to eat hamburger helper without any meat. I’ve made pasta, which to me is spaghetti without meat. I’ve also gone hungry so my kids could eat when they were young. I know poverty very well.
