Today has been my kids first super long road trip and my youngest first time outside of CA or NV.

Traveling with three autistic kiddos all day is not for the weak! It's been a day. Glad to be caravaning with my inlaws so they can have at least a few of the whiny kids for a bit.

I think it's incredibly important to support local newspapers as they play an important role in reporting and investigating local issues and government and help the people hold their local government. But people should dump the LA times and subscribe to LA Taco or the LAist instead.

Both my parents are cops and when I was younger, my dad (undiagnosed autistic BTW) used to threaten us to do well in school or we would have to become a dispatcher! And then I would have a stressful job with horrible hours (that's still paid really well)

It's not bad! The nuggets at little brisket bites and the Mac and cheese is pretty good. Not a lot of food but still very heavy.

Probably would not order again, but it's not bad

I just realized that Kaiser has a 5-day strike starting tomorrow and I'm going out of town tomorrow and I need to pick up my medication and I couldn't pick it up today because it wasn't eligible to be filled today. I hope there isn't a picket line and the pharmacy is open tomorrow

Oh and I also have Claire's breakaway landyard and pin and wear their lanyard to every convention I go to as well as other places I may need a landyard.

This was my house. I watched it happen on camera then went out to see that they had been going up and down the street bothering my neighbors.

I do still get missionaries but almost exclusively ones looking for Spanish speakers 😑

Not gonna lie this program is the number 1 reason I want to stay in the area/states. The program goes into high school and the curb cutout effect of making disabled services way better at the schools and it's hard to find such guaranteed quality support

This has been my fucking nightmare, I'm trying to get my daughter into a 2E program for middle school and it exist because of fed SE Funding. I don't know if it's gonna exist next year. Also my middles SDC class and the protections that keep them from taking services away from my youngest

Since I didn't really do any updates to the terrarium in the off season I'm just gone hold of till the post season. It's a new season and new year and it needs a refresh before it returns.

Maybe I'll work on it behind the scenes to be ready for post season 😁
