Coffee is the ultimate former alcoholic drink. You can pay a guy $18 to make a fancy version of it right in front of your bloodshot eyes, or you can buy one in a gas station for a buck and a half while slowly crying to "Night Moves" because you just need to feel something again

Trying to find a Therapist to meet in person and they’re all ‘No we only do Zoom now’. After years of becoming proficient at fibbing to and deflecting people on screens that’s not the method I should use to address my mental health. I can clearly see how that would go. Worthless.

I have a pocket sized portable ECG that works pretty well but it’s not always-on. Have to use it manually.
My Apple Watch checks for afib regularly but I don’t know how secure that data is.
