So I was looking at local No Kings protests on 10/18. It looks like there’s one planned about 800 years from our house. Definitely walking distance. Hope the weather is good. Time to start planning our signs.

This is a simple one. They need to call tech support and have them dial in to the machine and fix it. However they’re 4000 hours overdue for this and have been getting errors for months. I can tell.
So glad I don’t have to take that call.

Oh no. I found a FB group where customers of my recent former employer post technical questions of the type I just spent 13 years solving. It’s so tempting to step in and help. But I am trying to get that stuff out of my head and reclaim my life.
Must stay away.

I would often spend 5-7 hours traveling, 2-3 days a week year round. With a 12 Mini. 120-150 flights a year and lots of rental cars. I just plugged it in. How is this person commuting 3 hours, on foot?

I worked in insurance home offices for 13 years and it’s unimaginably dull. Upside is you work with actual brilliant people like Actuaries, any of whom make Musk look like a lemur intellectually.

Sometimes I get a strange feeling about a person and don’t know why. In the case of Mr. Beast it’s crystal clear: he’s fucking creepy and weirds me out.
Yuck.
