In Yoshi's Island, a cave background sparkles, but only when Yoshi moves. This is achieved in an inventive way by making many 1-pixel "pinholes" in the background through which a field of stars is visible. The parallax motion shows the stars intermittently, creating sparkles.

living in a space for less than two years makes you feel unstable and more like a idk a vagabond? just never able to rest and set up tent so this is very exciting for me!!

our house reno is almost complete and we only need a few more things done until we can move in :3 its honestly so exciting and me and nernie will be able to host friends and family and get pets!!! i cannot wait to not move for a very long time for the first time since 2020 😭💖
