Thank you. It was a big op done in less than perfect circumstances so recovery is gonna take time.

She's had to learn to walk again and struggles to do anything that needs core strength but she's 100 times better than she was two weeks ago and 1000 times better than a month ago

Thanks Roachy, she came home Thursday evening. It’s like having a new born in the house, she’s up every few hours in the night, can hardly walk and she tires easily, although I’ve never seen anyone with an appetite like she has now, which I guess is a product of having no colon.

The ICEmen were presumably looking for undocumented immigrants. Retes’s driver’s license, which he says the ICEmen never asked to see, identifies him as “Veteran Army.” His license plate includes “DV”: disabled veteran. While ICE’s warriors were trying and ultimately succeeding in smashing his driver’s-side window (the better to pepper spray him), they apparently did not notice his rear window’s “Iraq Combat Veteran” sticker.

On the 1st October my wife was taken to hospital.

On the 4th October her bowel was removed.

Yesterday, she was told she could come home.

Today she is still there because of a complication.

This evening the other lady in my life passed a way aged 18.

Happening now: at the Broadview ICE facility outside Chicago, Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino and other CBP/ICE agents emerge to patrol Beach Street and escort a vehicle out.

They ordered people out of the street, walked to the end of it and then back to the fence.

tuckermaymysteries My name is Tucker May. In April I married the love of my life, Barbara Marques. Right now I fear for her life.

A week and a half ago she was taken by ICE at our properly scheduled green card meeting at the Federal Building downtown. At the end of what we were told was a successful meeting, the officer used the excuse of a broken copier to trick her into walking away from our lawyer. Once separated from her legal counsel, she was arrested. The reason for her detention was a missed court date from 2019 which my wife was never notified about.

We have been working with lawyers since that time to correct the situation. The Adelanto detention center has actively been keeping my wife from correspondence with her lawyer by delaying in giving her documents that were mailed to the facility.

Last night, she was taken from the Adelanto facility to an undisclosed destination despite our lawyer having filed a temporary restraining order to stop this from happening. They could be sending her anywhere in the world and we have no way of knowing.

I'm asking for help in bringing to the attention of media and authorities these multiple lapses in due process and proper procedure through the unwarranted deportation of a woman whose legal marriage has been duly recognized as legitimate by immigration through the 1130 petition process.
