My Love passed away peacefully yesterday.

The kids and I are trying to process our loss, how fast all this happened and prepare for a life without him.

I do a wet brine for Turkey & Pork - juicy every time.

I've also decided to braise the legs with onion/celery & some stock I had made before.

Plus new stock from the wings for gravy.

Now I'm cooking down the braising liquid to add to my stuffing as it won't be in the bird for moisture. :)
