Little Themis will fulfill Ysale's dream of funding a colony in which mankind and dragons can live in peace, and she'll also shelter her mother's followers from prosecution. But they'll be a quite secluded and self-sufficient colony, a bit like the Crystarium.

Her sister would be in charge, so it's her problem now.

The second generation of heroes includes Varne's daughter, Little Themis, and her cousin Hyperion.
Although, given that Varne was executed, she wouldn't be in the mood for world-saving duties.

Melinoë: Why do you care so much for mortals, anyhow? Their lives are short, their flesh is weak. Only in death do many of them finally begin to gain some sense. Poor souls created in the image of te gods, yet forced to be inferior, so that they could never achieve what my master and I now intend. The truth can be difficult to absorb. Mortals live only to suffer; as I'm responsible for that, I sought to take some of their suffering from them. And redistribute it to all of you.

Queremos vivir en una sociedad moderna, con tecnología y energías renovables, pero no queremos sufrir las consecuencias de tener que extraer los minerales necesarios para fabricarlas. No, mejor lo expoliamos de países en desarrollo o directamente pobres porque así no vemos la parte fea.
