If you know basic kabbalah it's actually not too hard to make a golem out of a labubu. Don't recommend it though. They have a pre-existing body-dharma. As soon as they wake they run straight for the sea. V hard to counter. Lost the first one. No idea what it's doing out there. Moved like lightning.

in grad school an acquaintence found out I had a twitter following and sent me a message asking if I would do a tweet about her fashion blog, and I did to be nice. over next couple days I got three more messages from her: two were links to other blog posts and the third just said "posting today or?"

finally figured out what taylor swift releasing a song called Father Figure reminded me of

a photo of the cartoon network stairwell where in 2014 a summer intern drew their own face in sharpie over a pencil drawing of spike speigel done by toshihiro kawamoto. the sharpie drawing covers up half of the original drawing and, critically, toshihiro's signature

I genuinely don't get it, does it just go viral more often? or do people actually prefer mildly witty one-sided riffing to actual prepared material because it's more "real"? is it like that thing where dumb people always want to believe that the actors improvise all their lines in sitcoms?
