Unless I missed it, there wasn’t a single promo for Sunday’s Pitt-FSU volleyball match on ESPN during the Pitt-FSU football game on ESPN.

Clearly you’ve got to do word-of-mouth advertising, since ESPN won’t do it themselves.

With today’s 34-31 win over No. 25 Florida State, Mason Heintschel becomes the first true freshman quarterback to engineer a top-25 upset for Pitt since Kenny Pickett led a 24-14 win over No. 2 Miami in 2017.
