It deals with an earlier period than that story relates to, but of course it mentions abuse (specifically, exploitative labour practices) in Catholic institutions.

The Irish rail app usually notes delays though not sure how reliable it is early in the day. Think 7am is when the social media teams (X) for Irish rail/Translink/enterprise start posting so probably too late for you but maybe with the storm a-coming there'll be earlier updates.
