I mentioned it before, but trying again. I will have several copies of my new collection HICKORY NUTS ANG BONE & Other Uncomfortable Tales for review shortly. If you know a Book Tok, Bookstagram person, someone reach, or even have a good idea where should send them... this book needs a boost. CAT!

Mr Crowley, whose big ol' heart failed at only four years old, was with me as I wrote all the new stories in this book. We lost him early this year. He was a big (24 plus pound) diluted gray tabby cat, whithe chest, big green eyes. He's sitting inon the rug, white beard chest showing, standing in front of the cat tunnel. and watching me. Hope wherever he went next he still is.

All of this!!! I’m a cis-white fat man who ticks no boxes for law enforcement or anything else and most of my friends are black or hispanic and every time I hear some white person complain about how their Hispanic neighbors don’t talk to them anymore I feel it’s my duty to tell them to shut up.
