Downing Street has announced today that Fiona Gibson will be the next Bishop of Taunton. She is currently the Archdeacon of Ludlow in the Diocese of Hereford, a role which she has held since 2021.

Interesting how the parcels van has the correct orientation of the logo, but it 'looks wrong' – going backwards.
Maybe they should have been permitted to follow Sealink and go with the direction of travel on the left hand side.

2:00 on Friday September 19th and "The Cornish Lunch" - great name for a special train - passes Totnes Riverside on the South Devon Railway.

Destination was Par. Good thing they were eating on the train as by the time they got there they were half an hour late..

Starting point was Cardiff.

I've read it!
Cheerful, self-deprecating, account of starting a new kind of church community in the shadow of a great Cathedral. Frank about failures and false starts, politely critical of some church authorities, and a good read.
Especially if you are thinking of doing church differently...
