Lugh. He's been calling, insisting that the age of the MIDI bass in ,StS is over. It has done well, but he is capable of far more. He's correct.

Banshee. She has a whammy bar but she tends to go even more out-of-tune than is normal, so I keep it separate (but where I at least won't lose it) and use a whammy pedal on the occasions I want the effect. The chip at the tip of her headstock is why all the electrics have locking straps.

Once in middle school, a classmate got their dad's country club to let them throw a party there. I went, craved (mild) chaos, so then got the actual-pro DJ to play a Seether deep-cut (iirc it got about halfway through before they were like "this is not the vibe, I need to change it, I'm sorry" lmao)

One of mine would just carry ribbon-wands around by the stick when she was a teenager, which delighted the others and prompted them to chase the dragging ribbon (she made the connection between "carrying ribbon-wand" and "being chased" very quickly so unfortunately it was a pretty short phase lol)

Seems the switch wants me to be aggressive, but that's fine (attempt 1 almost certainly works just fine, I just didn't realize that every pedal I have with tap tempo wants a normally-closed switch and attempt 1 is a normally-open switch lol)

Pleasant day out in my neighborhood in Chicago. There was a farmer’s market and people are out strolling, chatting, and sitting out on porches. Just like every weekend.

Except now most of us are wearing whistles to alert neighbors if unidentified guys in tactical gear show up to kidnap people.
