when i was a kid i didn't understand how this worked and i thought every CD that was manufactured had to have a monster put onto it. like they'd go up to ringo starr or whatever and ask him what monster he wants and he'd say "ouhh this DEfinitely has a "Battle Rocks" quality to it! peace and love.!"

I'd def say try to give them a spin because like on a whole package I think BMZ2 is fucking sublime (3 is pretty good too but gets a little overambitious), and they do still have cool-ass moments too, but also I get if it's just not your vibe

Yeah like on the wider whole Inti Creates writes like their entire team had their lives on the line and it does feel goofy for the most part especially in cases like DMFD, but I guess BM Zero worked for me because it's not as unrelenting as other examples
