It's even worse than that. He's deliberately dragging his feet to evade his own domestic political/legal woes. As of March, 73% of Israelis demanded his resignation because THEY know this. Meanwhile antisemitism spreads. Bibi's not only bad for Palestine, he's bad for Israel...and the Jewish People.
