This is why I think it's important to remember Twitter's stat of 75% bot activity compared to notoriously botted sites like Facebook being 2%

TV Tropes is blocking access to the site not only if you have ad blockers on but location tracking off unless you want to subscribe to their $5 a month/$25 a year subscription plan. Even people who have turned their ad blockers off are reporting the site isn’t working. This all seems like a bad idea
