It'll take 2-3 weeks for the formal offer to make it through the internal process, so I've already given notice.

Travelling gigs means almost two years of living in hotels - getting old.

New job front: Verbal offer yesterday for a position in an adjacent area of my field. Probably means a slight pay cut, for a year, or so (going from a level 3 to a level 1), but has a much higher ceiling.

Monday will be sent an internal link to apply for a senior position (my main focus area).
