Time does not exist in #trauma. Some moments we live in forever. Ultimately we need to feel what we feel. Hopefully, with the passage of time we are able to reframe it, to #rebuild_our_narrative of it. It may take years of therapy and journaling and other #self-care or healing work.

Six years ago today I was in the hospital experiencing a #traumatic labor and delivery. I feel unsettled and raw.
