You're looking at a Morelet's Tree Frog (Agalychnis moreletii), and more importantly, she's looking at you. 🐸

They're also known as "Black-eyed Tree Frogs", for obvious reasons.

Those big eyes collect light without acting like reflectors, allowing them to hunt at night.
