i get it; sometimes its not worth the effort ;; if you are leaving your job & if you can file complaints anonymously you could think about doing it after you've finished working there? because there might be a statute of limitations (how long you have to file) up to a few yrs depending on local laws

i think if you have the resources/are comfortable doing it you could try contacting and doing an initial consultation w a legal professional in your area; they might be able to offer you next steps or at least direct you where you need to go if you want to handle it by yourself. i hope it goes well!
