He's now nicked Mavis's bed so he can have a warm fluffy undercarriage again.

Having scraped up the rug on the other bed, he's now swapped to the better made one.

Genius dog has scraped the rug up so he can lie next to it rather than on it.

Bertie the white and black greyhound in his bed with the throw rug scraped to one side so he is not lying on it. There is a box of toys behind him.

Republicans running anti-trans hatefests lost and Zohran Mamdani is a hugely vocal supporter of trans and other LGBTQ rights.

That is MASSIVELY important to look at and run on.

Roll around in all this & soak it in. This is the good shit, & it should be celebrated.

And then it should be Built on.

Are there service charges and are any changes to them un/limited.

Who do they call at 3am.

What say in / expected responsibility towards communal areas, call outs for gas/electric feeds, pipework, roof repairs etc.

Ah no, sounds a bit like my morning. Son 2 noisily off the work early and Mavis Hound didn't like her breakfast so trailed lumps of it into the lounge. I stood in a cold wet dollop or raw dog food straight off the bottom step of the stairs.

Hope both of our days perk up a bit 😁

Kenwood are no better. Ours keeps failing in exactly the same (irritating but not quite up to scrap it and buy another one level) way and the engineers always replace exactly the same part despite us telling them from experience we'll be calling them again in another month or so.

I think this was on the BBC Restoration program about 10 (and some probably) years ago, if it is then fabulous looking inside and out but rotted to buggery and falling apart big style. I guess the price reflects how much needs doing. I'd love to have the money tho it'd be a brilliant coven 😀
