Investing in rechargable batteries is the only reason I tolerate mine. I think if I were still buying regular ones I'd've snapped by now. I just don't have the ports for wired. What made it garbo for you though?

Like learning to draw, communication is a skill we practice, you'll never grow if you're afraid to even start. Any "I like this" means more than any unknown/bot "like" or cold, lonely, silence. Plus, if you're not personally invited to critique, as a viewer you're not expected to be profound anyway!

This is super cute—gives me a nostalgic sort of…reading newspaper comics as a kid feeling. If that makes sense. Like, I’d look forward to seeing this fellow every week. Your line work is very expressive & accentuates the movement well; especially for a more gestural sketch piece.

I wish more folks would engage with my own art. It hurts to put yourself out there and get nothing back sometimes. That said; I totally get the lighthearted nature OPs post overall. It’s kinda like flirting, in a way. Funny & awkward at first but truly fun and rewarding the more you go about it!

I feel the point of sharing art is an earnest bid to connect & the hardest part is already done in the act of its creation. To not comment then, when I truly feel something from art, is disrespectful of that person’s time, effort, & of their vulnerability to share. That’s not shameful; that’s human.

Day 8 -- Clockwork

Automatons by no means needed to be ornamental, but artisans of the deep woods didn't tend to understand concepts like "too much."
