Yeah, same. Preachers I met today we're lovely and just offering New Testaments for free.
I had Faith™ for a couple o decades & get that most are preaching for the right reason, to them at least. But. Treat/act like I'm less than you because Faith™©® whatever creed or religion. I get shouty:)

I picked up a pamphlet today based entirely on a sign saying "We're not Jehovah's Witnesses" who normally dibs the spot on the street*

*They (JW) no longer speak to me after I lost my rag with them* and chanced "no thank you, stop asking" to "Cult! Worldy! Cult! Clut!"

When I was in 11th grade I took AP history with a man who looked like Santa but who quietly assigned us firsthand accounts of historical atrocities, ostensibly to teach us about primary sources. Anyway the worst thing I read by a long shot was an account of Columbus meeting the Taíno.
