I have a half dozen locations like this, a location where Institute Forteana sends recruits but could unravel into a whole campaign location, a zone called The Pitts which is a perpetually foggy crater where Pittsburgh once stood and is now a planar overlay with a domain full of monsters.

I took The Winchester Mystery House, shoved Thirteen Ghosts into it, and melded it do the Ghostbusters containment unit. Now it's a containment unit you have to enter to do maintenance occasionally and maybe talk to a ghost. This will be a small section but ultimately could be a whole campaign.

the spelling of vaporous and "Vapourous" is very specifically worded this way to refer to spectral wispy misty vapor of spirits since it isn't an actual vapor

Gonzo is also there, but he's just Gonzo and he's already a planeswalker ala Minsc and Boo (Gonzo and Camilla) and has Partner with Rizzo the Rat
