Yeah, part of my PIP was similar. Bloody hands and wrists, and even when they decide to be less bastard, my ankles and feet tell me to sod off. It’s a curse isn’t it?

Maybe a bunch of us should collaborate on some “easy and healthy” recipe ideas that are realistic and doable.

Me too. I was a chef in a previous life and even when I changed careers, I still loved cooking for myself and loved ones. It’s depressing that I live on such crap brown airfryer food these days as it’s just the easiest thing to eat usually now. But I do try to make the most of when I feel able.

Yeah. I’m trying slow supervised intros, I’ve had cookie about 3 months now. We all share toast every morning, and I’m being very careful to not reduce the attention pixel gets but she has been flying across the room and attacking cookie once or twice a day for the last week or so. :-(

I don’t cook much anymore, bastard arthritis stops pretty much all kitchen based fun, but I’ve just made a bloody superb sauce soubise! Not made it for years! The chef is still in there.

Now I just need to recover enough to cook the gammon, spuds and Brussels sprouts to have with it!

Trump has already conducted 10 air strikes on vessels in the area, and talked of 'land action' in the last few days. President Maduro has said Trump is 'fabricating a new war.'
