Of course, if Trump drops dead, no pardons unless Vance feels like it. And he's so bought and paid for he's a complete wild card. Might let them burn to save face.

I've had the exact same thoughts. I don't want a president Vance, because he's arguably more dangerous. But if Trump survives to the end of his term he will pardon everyone. I could totally see him withholding it to the last minute to guarantee loyalty.

I can see Trump fucking everything up bad enough to keep the house for a few years. But I just don't think we will get 2/3 of the Senate.
