like i feel kinda dizzy, my heart is beating fast at times, my hands be shaking, i start breathing heavy (tho that has calmed down), i keep shaking my legs, random cough that isn’t even a cough really, my back muscles are tight, random muscle pains and tingling… it’s annoying

ok imma be honest here for a sec, i been having awful anxiety/stress lately (started on the 21st of september) and yesterday i went to get some mild anxiety meds to help me calm down at night and sleep without me stressing about the symptoms my nervous system is throwing at me…
