People gave a record amount of money to multiple organizations for the people of Gaza and all this money just sat there for the past 2 years because Israel blocked it. I hope this money gets distributed quickly now so that the people of Gaza don't have to beg anymore

I hear a lot about how Stephen Miller should be ridiculed and what not, but really all anyone has to do is start the trend of how he’s the president and Trump is just his puppet

Trump would get rid of him like next week. Can’t have anyone overshadowing him now can he?

I would be so embarrassed to wrap myself in that genocidal flag

The more we speak about him, the more he will at least know we are supporting his release. I don’t want this man to lose hope. I don’t want him to be alone😔

If I could ask everyone one favor today, is to make noise for Palestinians pediatrician, Dr Hussam Abu Safiyeh, who has been held arbitrarily by the Israeli occupation in a torture camp. He has been forcibly starved and subjected to torture. They refuse to release him, and it’s been almost a year

One of the only welcome things about this current period in the U.S. is that the "this is not who WE are" stuff might finally be over.

The IDF is genuinely addicted to bombing, airstrikes, and destruction. This is from earlier today.

Imagine returning home to this after everything they have already been through.

Imagine doing this to other human beings essentially for sport.
Overnight, Israeli troops carried out a large-scale campaign of setting fire to huge amount of civilian homes and infrastructure before families returned to it in northern Gaza.

It appears to have been the most extensive mass arson operation since the genocide began

CNN reports Israel will not release Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya as part of the ceasefire deal with Hamas. The eminent pediatrician was detained in Dec. during Israel’s raid on Kamal Adwan Hospital, after he refused to abandon patients under siege.

A man was just shot by Israeli occupation forces in Hebron and they are (per usual) blocking the ambulance from getting to him.

The genocide just shifts gears

Even as IDF units halt their combat operations, the ceasefire doesn't prohibit them from continuing demolition operations in the areas they still control. So within the roughly 55 percent of the strip they still control, we can expect the razing of Khan Younis, for example, to continue.

Today's ceasefire withdrawal leaves the IDF in control of a large proportion of Gaza's former urban areas (outlined in white)—all of Rafah; most of Khan Younis; Beit Hanoun; and Gaza City's Shejaiya neighborhood.

Areas where we know nearly all buildings have been demolished are shaded black.

Please don’t talk to the press about this my wonderful humans. There is no need to talk to the media in this country

The occupation is bombing Lebanon

Israel cannot live without being violent. The state does not know how. They don’t know how to function without it.

If she wins, she'll be 79 when assuming office. Meanwhile Graham Platner, the progressive challenger is 41. Schumer has been pushing Mills to enter the race despite the popularity of Platner. The Democratic establishment will go to great lengths in order to keep the Left out of government.
Maine Gov. Janet Mills to run for Senate, seeking to dislodge Susan Collins
Mills, a two-term governor, will join an already crowded field of Democratic candidates hoping to challenge the Republican who has held the seat for nearly three decades.
