I just finished my Halloween comic for the year. In the meantime, here's a throwback to the one I made in 2021! 🦘🦝🎃🎶

Nes (an anthropomorphic kangaroo with a muscular build, wearing a white tank top and dark grey shorts) stands outside their house with Ryan (an anthro raccoon with a red t-shirt and tan shorts). Behind them is a fully decorated blue house with a lower brick facade, dressed to the T's in Halloween decorations, and a full moon looming over-top. Nes says to Ryan, with his hands in his pockets, "Damn dude. You did a great job with the Halloween decorations. I'm impressed!" Ryan gestures to him with a pointy finger, "That's not all. I found the scariest music on Youtube to go with it too! Check this out."

In the next panel, Ryan's phone erupts with music, but not the kind he expected.

"JINGLE BELLS! ♪ JINGLE BELLS! ♪ Get a head start on holiday shopping at Mall-Mart! Great deals on kids toys, video games, cookware, and m-" Ryan shouts at his phone while tapping rapidly to skip the ad, "OH @#$% off, it's still October!"

Last night, I had a dream about Laika Studios' version of Coraline and basically it was an AU where way more of the human souls got trapped and the Beldame had different designs that cattered to them(and different ways they were executed)

If you wanna diversify the idea, maybe you could focus on underrated games, lesser known consoles, or even flash games cause I've been seeing a lot of newer games put into that meme.

For gamers who aren't in game dev, you should know that we are in one of the worst periods in game dev history in terms of industry stability and the reason you're not seeing that play out through products is because the average development window of games is 3-7 years so it hasn't reached you yet.
