Kamala Harris is doing more for my Gubernatorial race & 2026 than some elected officials are since there’s a split donation fundraising email out for Sherrill & KDH For The People. Her email list is helpful.

Exhibit A: She did this for Jon Ossoff recently & he just raised $12 million in 3 months.

This is basically magical thinking. It is the thought process of a small, frightened child who just wants mommy to make the pain stop and is getting angry that she can't.
The issue is that this is a grown adult, not a small child, and also when the Democrats do things it's never good enough.

It's not an airbase, it's a facility on an airbase.

And yes, there is. We often will provide foreign allies what amounts to a facility with berthing and a conference room on our bases so that their soldiers who are training can have some control over their environment.

But Qatar isn't an ally.

The biggest pitfalls are that no matter what a candidate says, they're not 100% of the vote on any issue.

And if they're the President, they literally have 2 options:

The whole bill
Nothing

That's what got Obama caught. He wanted the public option, but his choice was the ACA or nothing.

No, Mills is just loved by her constituents and has won election 3 times, was the first governor to stand up to Trump AND made him back down.

Gideon was a young progressive (for Maine).

We see how that turned out.

The biggest reason that single payer healthcare in the US won't work is because it's proponents won't be honest about potential pitfalls, won't take the preemptive steps necessary, and won't give up on "abolish insurance" which employs millions of the very people whose support they need.
