Dear American commentators: Not every part of the world is the same as the USA. Advising people in the UK to do things that would send them to prison is unethical and makes you look like an overinsulated idiot.

Last year Spain had ten times higher growth than the UK, yet no UK politician is aware of this, knows why it happened, or has any interest learning from it. That's why they're fucked.

I really, really miss the old centre right. Back in 2010 Ken Clarke in the UK produced a green paper on prison reform that was superb. They're all gone now. Only the mad far right left. Bring the centre right back!!!
