I learned today that my friend Christopher Mills, passed away after a long, difficult stretch of declining health. I hadn't seen him in person for years, but I'll miss him a lot.

He was humble about his comics career, but I loved his writing & I was not alone. RIP, Chris.

I only wrote about 100 comics in my so-called career, but now that I'm dying, I'm grateful that I got to do even that. Comics are such a wonderful medium, and they've always meant so much to me.

Free tip: don’t get more than a couple books signed by a creator unless you lure willing to go through the line a few times. No one wants to wait for you to get a whole short box signed. Likely including the creator.
