of course they're going to prioritise pleas for help over posts about pretty sunsets or discussions of their favourite books. they would love nothing more than to post regular everyday things, i'm sure. they just don't have the luxury of it.
if you were in their place, you'd do the same

plenty of real Palestinians on here have no presence beyond asking strangers for help, due to being humans with very limited time, energy and internet access. they're ill, injured, starving, homeless and have to buy essentials for large families at inflated black market prices, with no other income

no, there's no reason for a lesbian to be surprised by a sexual partner's penis or testicles. a lesbian is a woman attracted to other women. and women are women regardless of what genitals they do or do not have. the only people who see a woman and presume her to have a vagina are transphobes
