Panel 4: Person 1 says "When Will you publish?:
Panel 5: Person 2 says "But a couple of things are still bothering me." (this piece/panel is a bit squint)
Panel 6: This piece is rotated ninety degees and fits to the others very badly. Person 2 is saying "Soon. I feel like I'm really close"
A second look at the whole comic shows that the last two panels read in the wrong order because the jigsaw has been put together incorrectly.

It's just so egregious in my field - a tiny number of campaigners get showered with attention, whilst the vast majority who work just as hard, if not harder for longer, do not. Tbh, a lot of it is also journalists now don't have the time to look for...

That there is an AI bubble is pretty much irrefutable now - the only grounds for disagreement are over its scope. Certain uses, genAI in general, or something wider?

Oh wow. That does make sense.

I get why it exists as a business function, but it is very frustrating to see it have so much power over, essentially, whether individual people get recognition or not.

About a month ago, the Trump administration got rid of the de minimis exemption, whereby packages valued under $800 could slide in without import duties. Now there's a backlog as the government can't process all of this paperwork, leading to UPS just destroying packages

15 years in the making, we confirmed that mitochondria - the powerhouse of the cell - have an unusual localization in patients who experience psychosis (including schizophrenia and bipolar disorders). You’ll never guess what kind of patient cells we used to make this discovery… 🧵
