He hates American values and principles. He hates democracy. He despises the Constitution and its constraints. He hates most Americans. All he desires is money, power and staying out of jail. Am I missing something?

Today her agents showed up to terrorize a car wash, menaced the customers and workers, hit someone's car, and left without giving the person whose car was hit any way to get compensated.

They are demonizing themselves.
U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on Monday criticized the media and politicians, including Gov. JB Pritzker, for “trying to demonize” federal immigration agents and she urged citizens to thank law enforcement officers and “cook a meal for their families.”

One way to turn 7 million people into 9 or 10 million people is to take a wrecking ball to the Whitehouse

All the while Republicans and the Supreme Court, ignoring the fact that No Kings is as much about them as Trump, continue to put their hands over their ears and yell 'I can't hear you'
Buehler, Buehler, Buehler...

🚨There's new polling showing Sherrod Brown winning the Senate race in Ohio.

Let's be clear: we *can* flip the Senate in 2026, but we're gonna need to break record-high youth turnout and persuade Gen Z.

Can you chip in to help us do that? 👇

Do not let Republican destruction destroy the feeling of camaraderie Saturday. An estimated 7 MILLION people came together to say no more
Guessing this was before he hit the Whitehouse with an actual wrecking ball?

shocked to learn that the president lied about this and also this is a horrible defacing of a building that belongs to the people of the United States, not donald trump
Scoop: Trump has started demolishing the White House's East Wing facade to build his ballroom. The president had claimed construction of the $250 million building wouldn’t ‘interfere’ with the existing White House structure. /W @ddiamond.bsky.social wapo.st/4hqBNiU

Rubio was the only one of Trump's cabinet picks that my Senators @warren.senate.gov & @edmarkey.bsky.social voted for. I may never forgive that vote

Just because they'd worked with him, didn't make him any less sleazy
Probably late to this story, but holy hell!

This is an administration ending story.

For the Secy-o-State to promise something like this is damning.

“He [Rubio] assured Bukele that Bondi would complete that process & Washington would hand over the [informants who are under US protection]
Rubio promised to betray U.S. informants to get Trump’s El Salvador prison deal
To secure U.S. access to President Nayib Bukele’s notorious CECOT prison, Rubio agreed to turn over several MS-13 leaders central to a long-running Justice Department investigation.

The 100 lowest-paying US corporations spent $644B on stock buybacks from 2019 to 2024.

Buybacks artificially boost share prices and inflate CEO pay.

The typical worker at these companies earned $35k last year.

Meanwhile, the average CEO was paid $17.2M

See the problem?
Artillery shell detonates over Interstate that MILITARY OFFICIALS claimed was safe. Was it the military who claimed it was safe or DoD officials?

To AG Sulzberger: You currently have the right to a free press. You must protect & defend that right

Report facts. Defend your reporters & stories in the courts. Act with integrity

Do not water down stories, attack minorities, or give whiny speeches

If you don't have the spine, step down
This is why they won't release the files. It's not just about Trump, but the donors and other high profile men that will be exposed
Done with politics and tourists for the weekend. Time to watch some football. What a time to turn the game on - Pats immediately return a fumble for a TD! Go Pats!
I've cancelled and re-subscribed a couple of times. Presently subscribing. We'll see if that lasts.

It's maddening to see Sulzberger speak on protecting the 1st amendment - as if that's the responsibility of other people
Thanks. I hadn't seen that. Confirming my suspicion somehow doesn't help
The @nytimes.com appeared more rooted in reality to me that last couple weeks

But today almost every article appears as if it was dictated by the regime. Sulzberger is weak, unwilling to protect & defend 1st amendment

Today I wonder what else happened - threats? 👀

Incredible. If you grew up in Indiana, you know what a big deal this is.
Purdue to the rescue of IU student newspaper, whose institution was attempting censorship. Details in alt!
If I were a Republican in Congress, I'd have a hard time ignoring how much people despise the actions of this administration and the lack of any oversight, any effort, on the part of a fully Republican Congress

It's a Republican shutdown (Again). It's a Republican failure
