Therapist bestie said "I'm really proud of you for what you're doing to cope with this" and I was like girl. This is what years of therapy AND brain drugs will do for u. Thank god for that.

Also I found out the results drop at 10AM so that's a big relief to know!!!!!!!! Hands less sweaty...

KILL ME, my hands are sweating. I must interrupt this spiral that's been 2 mos coming. My brain drug is really fucking good at suppressing the physical symptoms of my baseline anxiety, but for big things or things with build up/time for me to overthink, they still come out. This is both HAHA

This is just like election day last year, when I had a plan for either outcome. I was glad to have it planned out bc I wasn't sitting around w/ empty stretches of time on my hands to wallow in my despair.

(OK just a lil despair last year; I blocked off fetal-position-in-bed time until lunch lol)

I took the day off tho, and made an am appointment for a facial with a gift card that my friend gave me the week of the test...then I'm gonna go get my nails done...and then end up at JAMNola for the afternoon w two gfs who know they are on support mode, haha

I have no idea when they'll send it out! So I could wake up at 5 and see the email and then be wide awake for the day...or they could not send it for hours!!!! Therapist bff said "maybe just choose not to check your email until 10am" and LOL. Idk if zombie 5am me has the will to do that 😂

Lmfao, just learned a weird scar I got a couple years ago is a hallmark symptom of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome sooooo I guess I should talk to a doc about that 😬 I’ve wondered before if I’ve experienced some of its other symptoms 🫠 that’d be fun 🥲

New Orleans has had the fewest murders this year since 1970. Carjackings are down 80% relative to 2022, vehicle burglaries are down 70%, shootings are down 63%. This is a wholly unnecessary stunt that will hurt local businesses.
