Not enough monsters are Wet. I mean, like, werewolves and vampires are great, but they're just too clean and pretty nowadays.

Where is the dripping slobber? Where's the skin messily tearing to reveal bloody, matted fur underneath? Where is the hideous, squirming, sodden visceralness of it all?
