“Respect” in cases like this always means not getting upset that you and/or those who love are getting actively targeted for eradication. Respect not meaning to treat another with humanity; but rather as accepting one’s own subjugation and silence as the condition of peace.

That’s fair
I *have* seen a bunch of DID folks say it was one of the only good representations in the mainstream & I’m very happy that both that and Partition (via Ms Marvel) were able to reach more people.

But the credit is for the creators, not the studio for letting them tell authentic stories

Eh I have actually gone back into some of the post-Endgame stuff and now that I had time to recover from MCU burnout a lot of it is better than it’s been given credit for imo. Ms Marvel, Moon Knight, The Marvels, Echo. They all get kinda dismissed and buried under the burnout and don’t deserve it.

There were no progressive themes in mainstream media before 2014 and straight cis white men can’t be antifa if they don’t publicly show support for WOKE

For instance, my cat does not understand the human concept of kisses beyond Incoming Nose = Love. So every time she’s happy, she’ll smush her face or shove her nose into ours.
