I’ll be reading at the poetry tent at Kentuck again this year 😊 if you live within a couple of hours of Tuscaloosa I highly recommend coming to Kentuck. It is HUGE and amazing. Imo it’s worth it just to see the Gee’s Bend tent.

Once again, we should've never backed off the weirdness train. And a good way to keep winning is to make all of these fascists feel weird by confronting them with weirdness that shows how weird they are. Portland gets this. Everyone else needs to catch up.

Everybody needs to wear ridiculous costumes at the #NoKings protests. I don't know, I think Portland's chicken, frog and unicorn have given the movement an identity and we should embrace it.

I’m nostalgic for purple martins, because my grandfather used to have one of those gourd set-ups on his farm. Idk how many they actually eat though.
