Gov. Gavin Newsom has signed a law that will require streaming advertisements to have the same audio level as the shows they interrupt.

Starting in July, the volume level of ads on streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Max must match that of the content.

Tron: Ares is a visual spectacle with amazing action and a pulse-pounding Nine Inch Nails score that drives every scene. But the story is just OK and relies too much on hitting nostalgic beats. Characters don't get much development but Greta Lee and Jodie Turner-Smith are standouts.
