Yes they don't like to ask how you are because they don't know how to deal with the answers they may get. But even a small word could help.

Don't hide away on #WorldMentalHealthDay. The stigma of hidden conditions is real and isolates sufferers.

I'm in therapy for depression and neurodiversity issues that affect me every day. I'm not formally diagnosed (no advantage to do so at my age) but I'm suspected to be autistic and have adhd.
