And you’re right, of course we’ll be made an example potentially. We deserve it (using “we” generously- not us) but I’d like to think that the welcoming arm of the EU and the role of Lady/Lord Bountiful would kick in.
Truth is we needed a kick, we got it and we’ll need to show remorse.

Can’t agree.Have thought about this, more than usual, the last few days. Reform just not credible. They’re a business which has performed badly for their customers,already…and that’s without any huge attention.I’ve met nobody (not even those who pretend not to have voted for Brexit), without regret.

Agreed. It’s not good enough to sit on the fence and don’t agree remotely with those who say a vote to rejoin will gift reform the election. They’re a tin pot business with no credibility. This government need to decisive and rejoining, regardless of the punitive costs, is essential.
