I think I've talked about how I hate going home sometimes because I feel like I'm overly sentimental of objects to the point where I start to resent it. Idk. I don't like to have ties to things because I start to think so much about all the time that's passed

When my parents visited they brought a beach towel that I'm fairly certain was one I used to bring with me to swimming lessons in elementary school and then they forgot to take it with them back home and it's a weird feeling to just have this object from my childhood here, now
