So, so many good humans behind this shift, doing research, advocacy, mediating and witnessing where the decisions are made, undertaking non-violent civil disobedience to call attention to this issue, even disrupting the Comptroller from time to time. Direct action works.

This is HUGE: @nyccomptroller.bsky.social Brad Lander is drawing a line in the sand with Asset Managers like BlackRock who have been ignoring years of requests for more #climatecrisis accountability in their portfolios. NYC Pension is GIGANTRON and will be put out to bid if they don’t get Real ASAP.
