Finished reading this book only a few days ago. Really makes me want to explore more of central/eastern Europe and visit places like Chernivtsi, Oradea and Sopron (though perhaps not Kaliningrad). Heartily recommend.

So apparently Correos are shipping to the US again now. Yay. However, I will need to pay “tariffs”. Booo. Contact your sales rep in order to comply and continue shipping, they said. So I did. And turns out my sales rep is on holiday. So.

Finally, a dumb Trump policy that directly affects me and my business 😐

Currently no shipping to the USA from my online store until further notice - sorry American map fans! Bear with me while I work out a solution.

Migrants already "earn the right to settlement" through extortionate visa costs, which can run into tens of thousands of pounds. They prop up key services, including through the Immigration Health Surcharge.

Pushing the hostile environment on steroids helps no-one.
