Tomorrow my bestie Terrie would have turned 69, if the cancer had not taken her last year. We were friends for more than 60 years. 💔

Early 20’s, Terrie & me with her daughter Tonnielle (named after me) riding on my shoulders

Terrie on the Mackinac Island ferry in September, 2023. We knew she wouldn’t live long at that time.

Terrie with grown daughter Tonnielle & granddaughter Brittni on her last birthday, October, 2023. She died the end of April, ‘24.

This is important. Russell Vader has completely eliminated the department which tracks surging communicable diseases. We no longer have any way to know at the national level whether Covid, flu, or measles are reaching epidemic levels. Hopefully the states can pick up some of the slack. 😬
