Grassroots, individual-level strikes have precedent. And whether industry-wide, or nation-wide, it's the singular strongest action available to citizens. Taft Hartley makes labor union coordination illegal, but an ORGANIC full, citizen strike is ungoverned and absolutely, historically, most potent.
